Distributor Information

EDP is seeking distributor partners to provide geographic expertise in developing markets for new and novel in vitro diagnostic products.

Conditions of Distributorship with EDP Biotech Corporation:

1. Sales figures & forecasts are established. A relationship is developed over the following 6 months to 1 year. When the goals and objectives set forth are met, we may discuss distribution exclusive and multiple year agreement options.
2. We can create an agreement that on a monthly or quarterly basis you agree to purchase a set number of kits or a set dollar amount. Let us know what you think is reasonable.
3. You would sign an agreement and abide by the conditions set forth in the agreement.
