Board of Directors

Tom Boyd

Mr. Boyd is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Company.

Jeff Peters

Mr. Peters was elected to the Company’s board in June 2006. Mr. Peters has served as the President and COO of The White Stone Group since February 2001.

Michael Spalding, M.D.

Dr. Spalding was elected to the Company’s board in December 2006. Dr. Spalding, a urologist, has been in private practice in Nashville, Tennessee for 35 years.

Douglas Yoakley

Mr. Yoakley was elected to the Company’s board in July 2008. Mr. Yoakley is a CPA with 30 years experience. Mr. Yoakley co-founded the regional CPA firm of Pershing Yoakley & Associates (“PYA”) in 1983, which is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has offices in Georgia, Florida and Texas.

William H. West, M.D.

A graduate of Harvard College and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Dr. West is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He is founder-emeritus of the West Clinic in Memphis, TN, one of the largest cancer treatment programs in the southeast, and has published numerous articles in the peer-reviewed medical literature. Dr. West has a career long interest in health care delivery systems.

Jackson W. Moore

Jackson (Jack) W. Moore is the retired Executive Chairman, President and CEO of Regions Financial Corporation (RF on the NYSE), one of the nation’s largest regional financial companies, Mr. Moore had served as Chairman, President and CEO of Union Planters Corporation, based in Memphis, TN, prior to its merger with RF in 2004.

He is the former chair of the President’s Cabinet at the University of Alabama, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in banking and finance, in 1970. He is a Director of Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare, one of the country’s largest private healthcare providers, based in Memphis, Tennessee.

Chris Chandler

Mr. Chandler was elected to the Company’s board in early 2018. Mr. Chandler is the CFO of Radio Systems Corporation (RSC). Before joining RSC, he worked for the Zellweger Luwa Group from 1990 until 2004. Chris serves on the board of the Historic Tennessee Theatre. He is a former board member of Financial Executives International (FEI), the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts of America, and Dentek, Inc. Chris is a current member of FEI, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
